A super quick and easy dessert that will satiate a sweet craving (without being overly sweet). It's easy and delicious, what more can you ask for?
I just make it directly in the baking dish, measure with your heart to fulfill your sweet tooth, I normally do 1 peach per person and about 2-3 tbsp chopped nuts.
Preheat oven to 350 deg F. Chop your peaches (or other stone fruit) into bite sized chunks and put in baking dish, top with chopped nuts of choice (I used pecans) drizzle generously with honey and dust with cinnamon. I like to top with a bit of butter and sprinkle with finishing salt. Bake util nuts are toasty and fruit is cooked through (30 ish minutes?)
Honestly it's hard to get it wrong but i'm sure some of you will try.
